What is the smallest number of holders to reach a combined 50%?

Ex: if the top holders hold 30%, 25%, 20%, 10%, this would be 2 since 30+25 is more than 50%

If there is a + (like 11+), that means we added every holder we track and did not reach 50% (good decentralization!)
